I hate the kind of painus where you know you're going to lawn sprinkler the ever living hell out of your porcelain throne. Those cheesesteaks did something that I am pretty sure dissovled all matter in my stomach into clumpy watery mud.

My problem is neck and shoulder muscles, so not sure a cuff is such a good idea!
