Besides just being a companions I have spent countless hours and miles behind them and in awe of their beauty and grace. Their remarkably ability to find their quarry and do so until we are both out gas and they have no pads on their feet. But the best is to sit on a hillside and share an apple or sandwich! Yes our pets enrich our lives! They know what it is like to live with their God every day. I just hope I did them all justice. Condolences on your loss!
