Getting quotes together for OS Giken LSD and 4:08's

Next logical step... especially coming from an open diff!

Dude when i put in my Quaife it was a night and day difference in driving. Any LSD is the most bang for your buck aside from tires. Just make sure to get the upgraded diff bushing as I popped mine in the first two weeks of doing my LSD.

How do you like the Quaife? I've been considering the Wavetrac, but leaning towards OSG. Figured it's probably worth taking the $400 hit to upgrade to it since I'm doing it anyways and not something I'd want to change again down the road.

Then again $400 would basically pay for the new gears.

No matter what any LSD is going to be light years better than running an open diff lol

Get the wavetrac. Hands down. Just don't buy it from Nurse Necktat (synolimit).

Pardon my ignorance, but what's the deal with synolimit? Was considering his group buy.. Maybe..

If full pop on Wavetrac is $1300 and OSG is $1600, the spread is getting less and less

Also when budgeting out the rear diff, you have to factor in all the other stuff like the software and install. Take a look at the sticky thread in the engine and drivetrain section. My install was $850ish before all the other stuff.

Yeah I'm figuring install be somewhere around there, especially as I'm doing R&P at the same time. Nothing cheap about this upgrade unfortunately.
