Yup, there is a reason developers havent moved on all the crack houses. PLus there is special demolition needed because of molds and asbestos. It adds up very fast.

I meant the back taxes, and mysterious 'new' taxes that municipalities were putting in place for forge in buyers all of a sudden. This was foreclosure so all over the US not just crack houses in Detroit.

Don't recall the exact number but it came to something like 6 million in back taxes and surcharges etc. Took a lot of litigation to get it dealt with. Felt real bad for the guy.

ouch, yeah that would sting a little bit. I would not want to see the attorney fees either.

Emails off on T7Rs and to my tire guy see if he can get RE11 in 275/325 for me

There's also a local speed shop that deals with Work and I've been told to drop a name to the owner for special pricing. Guess I'll have to check it out too lol

I sure like the T7Rs. that is a good choice.

It is soooo hot, feel like I am going to melt in the sun. my pasty white midwest skin is going to burn to a crisp

How much camber do you think you will need to run a 275 up front?

Doubt more than -1. I have 245 on 8" front rim and a 20mm spacer, and could use an extra 5mm on the spacer to be honest. That is pretty much the difference between a 245 and 275 right there.
