My wife just recieved a scam call saying we were overdue for taxes and they needed our info so we don't go to jail. Now they won't answer and we emailed the real IRS their number.

You really need to read the ARStechnica article about when they called them. Dude called his friend with a windows machine as he just had a mac. They had the guy on the phone for so long he was able to install vmware and get an image going and then ****** with the guy some more.

They used to call my moms office non-stop and finally I just had her forward those calls to "The head of her offices IT dept." They stopped calling after a few times. She also has a whistle that she will use into the phone receiver and she prays they have headphone volume up loud

Speaking of Linux, I will be re aquatinted with red hat here in a few weeks. It's been 3 yrs since my system was scared of me when I pull up the blue screen.

nah man, I am back home in AC while the owner of the shop is heading there. All I said was, dont mark up my wheels at all and I dont mind waiting a while for things to get sorted.
