Not sure any aftermarket knobs will line up properly without an adjusting nut or some blue threadlocker

Yeah I'm going to pick some up. Tried adding a rubber oring but didn't help. The other part is it needs to be tight enough down to hold the leather boot in place, and since I have to rotate or 3/4 turn counter-clockwise that ain't going to happen either.

I have a TWM knob that would have cost nearly $300 new with all the options. I bought it used for $100

For that price I'd have been half tempted to pick up a 4th and replace the one you just had the Nissan dealer install.

I've thought about that. I've got the back ones coming too. The back ones were about $108 for the pair. I'm wondering if the bearing damage is related to my encounter with the were-possum.

Now to figure out how to bill the old insurance company.

Otherwise it's a touch small for my hands, but does offer a nice shifting feel. Am impressed and pleasantly surprised in that regard.

Prime sucks in Canada.

I mean you get the shipping out of the deal, which is why I do it anyways, but none of the cool perks like movies or tunes you guys get free with it.
