Life is a journey an adventure only live once in this form...I try to embrace that by making all my decisions consciously. This lesson I learned from a very wise man who helped me through my divorce...18 years of marriage and two children that I admire beyond my own understanding. Consciousness is the the key to maturity and understanding and transcends all belief systems. My values are simple...live, learn, laugh and love...and when in doubt I just remember the to love. Love equals light and light always trumps darkness!!!
