My friend just got DUI charge with some extra stuff

It might be his first DWI but you know what they say about it. You are more likely to drive drunk more than 50 times before you get pulled over. So I guess this was his 51st time.
I know of someone in Texas that is serving life in prison because that person had more than 12 DWI's, yes more than twelve. Finally the judge had enough from this person and sentenced him to life. It might look a bit harsh but he had too many chances to rehab and change his live.
