Yep, that is what I was thinking when I talked to him on the phone. I gave him the benefit of the doubt that he had so many deals that he couldn't keep track of them all.
I also have a binder with all the documentation for my Z since I've taken delivery of her. It is always nice to have that paper trail. Thanks again!
