Like said don't over tighten. Exhaust flanges are only 30-40 ft/lbs. very light. Now that they are over tightened theyre done. Only fix is thicker gaskets or what I do which was said already is use RTV copper silicone. The stuff works so well lots don't even use gaskets! They just use the silicone and make a gasket.
