Stock Cat Outlet Flange Size?

Can someone who removed their cats please measure the inner diameter of the stock cat flange (mm or inches)? Does the flange cover more of the opening than the piping

Can someone who removed their cats please measure the inner diameter of the stock cat flange (mm or inches)? Does the flange cover more of the opening than the piping that connects to it coming from the cat? Thank you in advance, Nick J.
