First mod advice

I'd plan on it costing a hell of a lot more than $7k. The Cheapest good option is the BP kit and it's $7k just for the kit before you figure in the $3-5k of supporting mods and then any labor.

True. ...but I was referring to getting started on all the basic essentials like a tuner kit:...I'm not worried about labor as my family and I wrench...I wrench as a hobby while my family members wrench professionally for a living...two of them being Master techs at Nissan....as far as supporting mods...I have most in place.....

Ok, cool.

Most people forget the rest of the big picture. Radiator, clutch, gauges, etc. That adds up fast. Plus all of the "well, while I'm in there I might as well" parts like the flywheel, etc. It all snowballs so fast.
