Tomei exhaust issues

Ok, so I have had the Tomei on my car for about 6 months now and have a few concerns that hopefully others who have this exhaust can help with. I currently have Fast Intentions Resonated test pipes and the full Tomei exhaust. The issue I seem to be having is that it doesn't sit right.

I know that there are issues with the Tomei because it is designed for the 350, but I traded my brace bar (not shaved) and APEX'i for the Tomei and their brace bar (shaved). I have removed the brace bar as the exhaust will not 'fit' if they brace bar is on. The exhaust also seems to be rattling against the sway bar when in idle (sometimes). I would really like to get the brace bar back on as other have stated the rear doesn't feel right when taking corners.

I can't get pictures at the moment but I can provide additional details for clarification.
