Mine went on last week just fine and everything needed came with it. You are talking the back rear hangar right? It is the only one used.

Jay- really? Even if it is for the 350z, it should be a lot closer than what it is to actually fitting

Japanjay 07-19-2014 11:48 PM

I didn't use that hangar. Just the back rear. It is so light and strong, I just said meh.... Now the back one I did go get longer bolts and stack a bunch of washers to lower it down. I did not also use the springs choose to use the clamps, allows you not have to have the spring loops lined perfectly up. That you can kinda spin it a bit more to get everything to sit properly. I post some pictures in a few.

This is what you get to look forward to when you get it all together. I am also running Z1's test pipes.

WTF is all the spotty **** on the titanium between the bubble wrap and the resonator?

SlowZ 07-19-2014 11:54 PM

Water that I didn't take off. I got a smudge on there and wiped it down. Will clean it off once it's all on there. That's why I kept the bubble wrap on to try to keep it pretty lol

SlowZ 07-19-2014 11:55 PM

I'm going to go back out and try to fit everything again. Thanks for the heads up

Gimmie about 15 minutes to get the pictures all uploaded from my phone to my photobucket account, then I will upload them.

So the picture at the beginning of the video before it plays show how I got to sit perfectly in the muffler cut out area. These are the rest:

Stacked a bunch of washer and got longer bolts to drop the hangar down some to get the pipe to sit just right.

Notice the spring attachment points, not lined up due to sinning the pipe a little to get the rear section to look right coming out the rear.

Z1 said there is place you have to grind down a little, but with dropping the hangar down some you squeak through:

I am lowered on H&R, I cant go over any speed bumps with this now. I caught the bottom of the can on shitty roads today in the city to, shouldn't have been out that way, but had to get to the closest DMV before they closed. Bad side of town = just as bad roads. But outside of that I have really hit it on anything, but I have been super cautious at entry and egress into and out of places.... Only about 2.5" off the ground at the bottom of the can.

This is how it currently sits. Just have to tighten the vband from the muffler to the mid pipe and I'm ready to start it up. I'm on BC BR on the lowest setting in the rear

SlowZ 07-20-2014 01:34 AM

Jay thank you very much... I wouldn't have continued if you didn't give me your advice. I appreciate it. Start up is near ;)

To anyone else that has this exhaust... How close are you guys to the exhaust hitting the away bar? I'm literally a few millimeters away from it touching and I don't like that. My exhaust is also barely touching the shield under the driveshaft and if I push the exhaust down it barely touches the brace thing. I'm thinking about notching into the shield because it's very thin and all I need is a few milimeters of space. I'll try adjusting things tomorrow but for now I just want to go on a drive lol
