I really don't believe the filters would suck up water unless your driving through really high standing water, or a really, REALLY torrential down pour of rain, where the filters

I really don't believe the filters would suck up water unless your driving through really high standing water, or a really, REALLY torrential down pour of rain, where the filters would be completely submerged.
