I have the exact same issue after installing my berk hfc's! I have an xforce cbe which I got installed at a shop and when I started experiencing the problem I took it back to them and the looked over the system and said that it was the flex pipe that was causing the vibration noise (located right after the hfc's about 20cm onto the x pipes). I got them replaced and got the resonators replaced as well (cos I didn't want to have to go back) which helped soften the vibration noise on cold start but did not fix it!!

Im definitely subscribed to this and hopefully someone has an answer!!
