Actually WD40 is technically not a penetrant. If you really want to use some good stuff, get a can of PB Blaster....

I like BreakFree CLP - I use it on my guns as a lube, but the P is for penetrate...

It's pure gold for locks and anything else. WD40 is kind of overrated anyway
