as posted above, WD40 is good. let it penetrate for 3-4min.
if you're under the car with just ramps or jack stands, best to use an impact gun or a closed wrench and a larger mallet. wear goggles.
ive done plenty of exhaust installs and this has been the easiest way to remove fasteners.
