Default How to break loose the exhaust bolts

I was trying to test out the sound of a muffler delete since I found a shop that will do custom exhausts. My goal, if the sound is good sans muffler, is to have them fabricate some pipe and tips to complete the exhaust after the muffler and stock tips are removed.

My first attempt at removing the muffler was stymied when I couldn't budge the bolts holding the muffler to the rest of the CBE.

What do you guys use to loosen these little ba$tards?
