ARK Grip, dual tip? what is this?

I came across this by accident. Does this actually fit the stock 370z rear bumper? Non-Nismo.

Or is it designed for use on a Nismo, or some other rear bumper?

I don't know what you searched, but a quick google search says that it actually looks like:
ARK SM0901-0309G GRIP True Dual Exhaust System Techno Tip 09-ON Nissan 370Z Z34

If you want it, buy it on eBay, then complain, then get a partial refund (then again that eBay price kinda sucks...)
