Help removing muffler bolts

I had less than 22 thousand miles and have never driven in the rain on my car. I sprayed the bolts with a penetrating oil and let it sit over

I sprayed the bolts with a penetrating oil and let it sit over night and my bolt heads still stripped. I guess some are just super tight. But changing out the exhaust with a cat back system sure does make the car more fun.
