I have the exact same setup and I think it is awesome. I dont feel like I lost any power or torque. I agree that a tune will fix the A/F problems (mine throws a CEL but when it does this it actually runs richer and idles at 1000 instead of 700 without CEL). I would do the rest of the bolt ons that you are planning to do then tune. That is what I am going to do just wait til I am done bolting on things... (in the hopes that eventually I will just bolt on a TT kit and be done with the N/A playtoy).

Did you have rasp/drone with the CATs on before the TP? Just curious.

Ya, a little bit of rasp only before install TP. In your case, you did not plug the CEL sensor? I bought a CEL fix adapter frm Kamispeed and this helped me prevent the sensor light on.
