I don't know about the Legamax, but the hi-power is very quiet with a nice tone. That said, not sure if you are running the HFC/TP. Any exhaust pair with HFC/Tp will be LOUD.
My opinion on single exhaust is - they look badass and one of a kind!  This one for example
