Default 370z Single Exhaust?

Hello!

I have been doing research for a long time now on the different exhaust setups for the 370z. I really like the FI exhaust and HKS exhaust. On my old 350z, though, I ran a JIC Single Exhaust and it sounded amazing.

However, I know there is a slight difference in the stock 370z exhaust vs. the NISMO exhaust, where the y-pipe and mid-pipes connect. So my questions are:

1) How would you go about running a single exhaust on a 370z, if possible. Do you know of any companies that sell them?

and

2) How much of a difference would it be to do it to the NISMO exhaust?

Thanks!!!

I know Top Speed offers a y-pipe for about $200. Would I buy a 350z single exhaust, would it be the same fitment? Or is there specifically a 370z single exhaust offered?

I know what you're talking about, I actually considered this... but I'm talking about a single canister exhaust something more like this:

Amuse - R1000 - Nengun Performance

...but not that expensive, of course. lol

Have you found any other single can systems? I am also really interested in one but don't really want to get a $2500 piece of pipe...

I think amuse is the only company that makes a true single right now, I could be wrong tho considering I haven't looked at a lot of the JDM companies in awhile to see what there offering now

Yeah Amuse is the only one I looking through all of the forum sponsors. Haven't looked through JDM though...

I thought there were a few for the 350 so I'm curious why they aren't making more for 370.

Not sure why they aren't but anything true JDM is going to be just as pricey as the amuse usually, if you don't want to drop the 2500 for the amuse just wait and see what's coming out from some of the other companys I've herd there going to be a few new systems for the 370 coming out soon not sure if any are going to be single tho

I do have to admit that an 11lb cat-back system is pretty amazing and worth 4k, but I think I will end up going the custom fab ss route.

don't buy anything

I recommend going to a shop to have one fabbed up way cheaper. 3" from the y-pipe back into a Vibrant resonator, then a muffler of your choosing.

Yeah that's what I'll end up doing. What kind of price range would you expect?
