Exhaust confusion

It has been raining by me a lot lately but I'm not sure why my y pipe is two pieces with 2 different gaskets on each side when the other

It has been raining by me a lot lately but I'm not sure why my y pipe is two pieces with 2 different gaskets on each side when the other member I saw with it had it welded together from the factory, even though I ordered the same one, unless there was a mistake in the shipping
