I just got the same HKS exhaust for my 2013 peanuthead and it looks just like yours. tH motorsports assured me that it would fit the 13 model, they supposedly

I have a 13 model also, and as far as I know the 13 don't come with the shield. I'm assuming your talking about the one in the back of the car for the muffler clearance. This is what mine look like.
