I was under the impression that headers didn't add all that much unless you were going with test pipes. So you're telling me if I put stillen ceramic headers on

I was under the impression that headers didn't add all that much unless you were going with test pipes. So you're telling me if I put stillen ceramic headers on my car I'll get another 40whp over the 321 I have right now (with tune)?
