Fast Intentions. Someone made the comment that the test pipes would cause a little loss of torque. Last night, 1-2 shift (auto trans) under full throttle, I left a pair of dark, squiggley marks in the road. Can anyone help me figure out what caused this?

It is funny how anyone would say that. All you need to do is look at the dyno chart and you will see that there is NO LOW END TORQUE LOSS!

In your case, I am glad that you will be eventually needing new tires! Don't burn them up too fast...

I try not to challenge anyones opinions unless I know for sure they are wrong. I have NEVER installed restrictions in my exhausts to make the car quicker/faster.

i'm running non-res TP and non-res TDX CBE also 7AT tranny and there is nothing but gains in torque. at a flash light drag event i was spinning or chirping tire through 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. none of which happened until after i added my F.I. exhaust lol
