Is the lead time still 2 months?

I am still quoting 8-10 weeks however it is hopefully an over estimate. We are actually running a little ahead as of this coming week.

All I require at the time of order though is a deposit. the remaining balance will not be charged to you until your exhaust is being built.

If you have any further questions or would like to place an order, please do not hesitate to call me directly...

Thank you, Tony

Thanks man, let me ask you this... Did you see improvement after your uprev?

Footloose301 01-16-2012 01:55 PM

Yes. I actually tuned with the HKS exhaust and gained 12whp throughout but 8whp at peak. It's a lot smoother. However, I sold the HKS exhaust and slapped in the Fast Intentions exhaust and I haven't yet gotten a retune. I'll tune again once my turbo build is complete.

mrcoolguyface 01-16-2012 02:59 PM

For whatever reason I thought the F.I. system wasnt compatible with a TT setup? I don't know where I got that from, but I thought I read somewhere that 3" piping is needed... Am I completely off here? LOL

Footloose301 01-16-2012 03:01 PM

It's not needed but you'll see better performance with larger piping.

Lots of people here run 470+whp with this exhaust.

For numbers up to ~500whp, the 2.5" piping for the F.I. CBE will suffice. It's just for those looking for moar powah that would benefit from 3" piping. Which Tony is happy to build so he can get rid of some of that 3" piping stock he has. :rofl2:

But when it comes to TT builds, I'm being patient because a little birdy told me that a certain shop was looking into producing their own TT kit... :stirthepot:

mrcoolguyface 01-16-2012 03:11 PM

I want to put down that much... I'm calling my local speed shop... I need NOS, I need two big bottles by tonight!

That's right.. #000 or prototype is mine! There's still 3 more spaces to get in the first production batch of the 3" systems. Anyone with a GTM TT kit that is interested on Tony's exhaust pm me for more info. :D You will LOVE the pricing Tony is giving on these first units! Dave and Elliot can confirm this :icon17:

A little update,

It is true. We are in the process of prototyping a twin turbo kit for the 370Z!

More details will follow in the coming weeks along with 2 new threads.

1) The Fast Intentions 3" TDX is here!

2) The Fast Intentions Twin Turbo kit is here!

I am sure a lot of you have a barrage of questions for me regarding both. I ask that you all be patient and I promise to share the information in due time.

What I can tell you now is the 3" TDX will be identical to our 2.5" version in design with a few extra options. It has already been prototyped on a 370Z TT (GTM) kit for over a year. This specific car is is putting down 570 RWH on 100 octane and has less interior noise than our 2.5" N/A version!

In addition to these new products Fast Intentions as a company has more new products coming soon.

Stay tuned, 2012 is going to be a busy year!

Thanks, Tony
