Good work Tony, my ego in this moment exploded! Bahaha! Looks like you'll probably be getting some calls! Thanks again! (Also - one quick side note - The Master GTR Tech that installed my exhaust said this was the best fitment of an exhaust system he has ever installed) I was like wooo! Shocked me! Congrats!

Power is out here so I detailed the car and then I got bored again. So I said what the hell and did the washer mod. Actually sounds pretty decent, much much deeper now and this should hold me off till fri when I put the FI system on :tup:

Quite a nice bunch of compliments. You can look at pics of the exhaust and see the quality, so I can't imagine seeing it in person. I am just waiting for some extra cash to come in before I put my money down on one. Pretty excited about it though.

You know Tony does a payment plan right? You don't need the full amount until its built ready to ship, and since there's a few weeks delay in ordering/building, you have some time. No use in waiting just to have your name further down the list...

I know they do, I just didn't want to put money down on something that is non refundable, which I do understand why it is. I am also waiting for the MD setup to come out so I can compare the 2.

:iagree: I did this about three weeks ago and it's not bad, actually it's rather nice. The FI set up will not be as loud, will be more refined and add more ponies!!

Yep it's so deep and loud, doesn't hurt that I used double the amount of washers :tup:

Man...you guys are making me want to get the F.I. exhaust - and I won't even have my Z for about 5 months! I'll probably try to time it so the car / exhaust get here about the same time. Hopefully there won't be any changes in the 2012 fitment.

Order early. I know FI has had a delay recently, but I'm at about 9 weeks now and I'm guessing I've still got another two or three to go.

Do it! Pull the trigger! I'm not sure how the 2012 model is or if there's been any changes. If you want them to arrive at the same time, I wouldn't wait much longer before ordering.

I don't recommend this in place of an actual CBE. But cost is about 50 cents and takes 10 minutes. Take the muffler off and slide a 3/8" flat washer over each of the 4 bolts. Put the muffler back on and tighten everything up. I used 2 washers per bolt to make it louder.

Okay, so I'm sitting at home, bored out of my skull... And I have a GoPro.

So, for those guys who are on the fence or have ordered an FI CBE, are there any things you're curious about, or just wanna hear for yourself before pulling the trigger?

Give me a list of say 5 things you wanna hear/see and I'll go take some vids today for you.

Hmm... between the tips, ok. As for doughnuts, prolly won't be able to do that as there's no where to do it here away from public (law enforcement) eyes :icon17:

But I did manage to get all the runs in first. I was only going to do 1 more pass before it Fell off. :rofl2: Luckily, only the suction cup is damaged, not the cam itself. So it's not a total loss. :icon17:
