I had some Mexican guy (not trying to be racist) do it for $80, he TRIED WD40 and (the other one) but since the guy was ghetto as hell and had a full muffler/repair shop he took his acetylene torch heated the nuts/bolts, sprayed water on them. Job done, you could undo the bolts by hand, lol
