The HKS Hi-Power cat back by itself might be what you are looking for. In car noise is dead quiet besides road noise, and when you get on it, you hear the exhaust somewhat well. Personally, it's a bit too quiet by itself, but the sound is how the car should have came from the factory.
Of course, if bought new, it is quite pricey.
