FI designs their products well enough to make sure washers aren't needed, so the answer is no they won't come with any washers - I've installed 4 different FI exhausts and never experienced anything other than absolute perfect fitment

That being said ... what shop are you thinking about taking it to that wouldn't have some washers laying around somewhere?

Nobody is better at finding things to complain about than me, and mine turned out perfect with having the dealership install, even they didn't mess it up!
