Yes it would, because the LTH's are taking the place of the Cats, it would be similar as if you were running test pipes.

not good for emission laws.. and LTH does not have resonators, do they? is it loud to have them c resonated CBE?

Correct, you will not pass emissions tests with LTH's if they do a sniffer test.

No, LTH's are Non-Resonated.

"Loud" is subjective. I have them with the 18" Res CBE with SS cans, and I couldn't be happier. It's a good balance.

nice.. interesting! what state are you from sir? no problems with emission laws at all? or can you cheat the test? or lax implementation in your area?

bottom-line, you are happy with your set up..

I originally was in AZ which did not require smog testing at all, and now am in PA. The county that I'm in does not require sniffer tests, and the shop that I go to for inspection builds dragsters so they understand modding and basically, if it's safe, it passes.
