yeah ive seen hucks vids and ive seen some LTH w/ resonators on youtube also, and tbh i cant tell the difference, which is why I was asking if any1 had in-person experience of the 2 side by side.

even without the resonators i didnt notice anything bad... so i figured id ask. sometimes its hard to tell: ie mic quality

I heard my name!! G37 I wouldn't call it rasp, when I think of rasp I think of a Honda civic fart can, this has a raw sound similar to an exotic car or a high tuned race car. If you want when I get my car back I can take a video of the same thing with an iPhone, Note 3, GoPro 3, GoPro 3 with a nice condenser mic, and my Nikon D5100 camera lol. That should show you the average sound you can expect. I would go UN resonated. With just the exhaust on it I honestly couldn't hear it when I was cruising at 70, it was pretty quiet. But when you give it some gas it livens right up. The day I installed it I was getting thumbs up everywhere.

After long discussions with Tony he recommended I go non-res. I do have a turbo muffling a lot of noise so probably not a good comparison.

Posted this in another section but I felt like it had to be placed here as well..

So about 3 weeks ago a tow truck from A-AAbandoned Vehicle towed my car in Arlington, Texas.. and they caused cosmetic damages to the CF canisters only.. and it hasn't caused a leak or any performance damages just a nasty scrape, thankfully, but they are damaged..

After taking my car to get inspected and haggling with the tow company they finally cut me a check to reimburse me for the F.I. TDX exhaust (rear CF section only since that was all that was damaged)..

So I just got off the phone with Tony, who has been very helpful throughout all of this, and I will be getting it in 6-8 weeks and selling my old one since it's still fully functional after I get the new one on!

Well, shouldn't be much longer for me. I'm #979.

BTW, I decided to stay with the 12" resonated CF. I think non-resonated with my PPE headers would be too loud. It's pretty loud at start-up now with stock exhaust.

FYI. 2014 Sport Model. No Evap cover on mine. When putting on the new exhaust, any suggested Torque settings for the bolts or just hand tight? Thanks.
