...and here's the one a friend took of mine when we were at the bottom of the Fontana Village Dam. I loved the way the exhaust echoed off of the mountains

Yeah, stock nav. I can hardly hear the people talking in the first place though over road noise, lol hence wanting gtmat or something. Plus, I see it as a bonus to living next to me: free eargasms when I go to work every day.

I'll message her and see whats up. I just need to kill some of the sound from the rocks and crap on the freeway. plus, I'm sure it'll help out when I throw my sub in the back too

oh and of course, videos.. while i'm at work at youtubes blocked

Not to go off topic, but GTmat is legit. They make a great product for a great price. Talk to Pintsize here on the forum, usually found in the "what did you do with your Z today" in the off topic section. She handles the sales for that stuff and she can hook you up.

I'm about to upload another vid of my exhaust from Zdayz, I'll put it up here when it's done.

Haha yeah, it will definitely help with the road noise. I'm also willing to bet that you still have the stock tires on there? Those things are loud as hell. Michelin PSS, Hankook Ventus V12's, or Conti DW's are great replacement tires that are much quieter.

Yeah stock tires lol.. My jeep, on foot and a half inch wide mud tires isn't even that loud and its soft top. I'm still surprised at how loud it is sometimes. I'll probably do either the PSS or RE11s, I'll look into the Conti's though, never heard of them. Hankook lost my respect after one weekend with their slicks at laguna seca

I have the PSS's and I love them. My hankooks lasted 5 months and 5700 miles with no grip at all, never again. The continentals are a pretty decent tire.

Crap! Back on topic, FI rules the roost!

I mean, you need good tires to handle the new power you get, right? Lol thanks for the videos! Helped me a lot. There's not too many non-res out there. I'm putting my deposit in for a non-res carbon version today. I REALLY wish I didn't have to wait, but I think I'll be pretty stoked when I install it and do a test drive

It's night and day man. I took mine for a test drive when I installed the CBE, and I got a thumbs up and a broken neck in less than 5 minutes of being on the road lol.

Carbon cans, non-resonated. I watched all the video's I could and talked to everyone I could.. looked like the sound I'm going for was best with non-res. I can always add resonators later. Tony recommended resonated, and I trust / value his opinion but after more research, I decided the drone would be worth it. I used to crew on a Porsche race team, I like loud raspy and mean sounding cars.

I'll post videos and a review when it arrives!

Nice! how long ago did you order? My order got in on Friday, hopefully I get a build number this week. I just gotta try and focus on other projects and forget about it, lol lots of little mods to do till then.

I wonder how the non-res tp's will differ from my art pipes.. I've seen videos of your setup and it sounds sick.. for a video at least. What other mods do you have? I also have Z1 post maf tubes and k&n's
