I'll go look again but I thought it did not require bumper removal. You do have to still holes into the underside of the aluminum bar. I'll post the instructions

I'll go look again but I thought it did not require bumper removal. You do have to still holes into the underside of the aluminum bar. I'll post the instructions tomorrow once I get to work and get acceess to a good scanner. It's quite a lot of pages abd very detailed.
