My Berks HFC was installed on Friday and all I have to say is that this is the best bang for your buck. However I do have an issue with my check engine light coming on the following day but my mechanic did warn me in advance. If your looking for performance and don't want to break the bank, go for the berks hfc because it makes a big difference in performance and sound once you get past 4k rpm.

Anyone have any advice on the check engine light?

Two years with Berks and no check engine light.

But, keep in mind that any mod in the flow of the engine want an adjustment in carburation. So, mapping is a must (I used UpRev to do it).

Many users do not experiences in check light without mapping, but only because the stock map is pretty rich, so if HFC leans a bit, doesn't happens anything.

I suggest you to map your car, not only for performance, but also for engine longevity.

bye
