Berk hfc?!

Hi, I just mounted my BERK CATs, very, very good sound and performance!! CEL Light still off! I ask you about the bracket to fix the CATs. I see that

I ask you about the bracket to fix the CATs. I see that the holes on the bracket are not aligned perfectly with the support bracket, and the two plates are not very orthogonal. I think that if I tight the bolts, after km, something may be crack! I am thinking to don't mount the support bracket... Someone has this impression / issue ??
