Low end torque after mods

I thought the same thing regarding the price. I asked my local UpRev tuner and he charged me 600 for the license + the custom tune. Do most local tuners do stuff like this and package it all together for cheap? Because I was surprised but i'm not going to argue with that price

Sorry to go off topic. I just thought I would let you know I was debating the same thing but then that happened :P
