I originally had done a Cat back exhaust and Intake...I noticed some power with just the intake. I just added the HFC's and my car was running a little rough

I originally had done a Cat back exhaust and Intake...I noticed some power with just the intake. I just added the HFC's and my car was running a little rough and lit up a check engine light. I had it tuned and the car runs much better. Very smooth acceleration, no check engine light, and better fuel economy.
