HKS hi power exhaust

Installed the hks hipower ti and it really looks excellent.... BUT......... It sounds terrible quiet...to the point that almost stock-like.. Question is, how do i make overall sound louder? Without

BUT......... It sounds terrible quiet...to the point that almost stock-like.. Question is, how do i make overall sound louder? Without changing exhaust. How much louder if using testpipe or hfc?
