is there anybody that doesnt have uprev and has the test pipes? im very interested in these pipes but i dont want to throw a cel and also i read

is there anybody that doesnt have uprev and has the test pipes? im very interested in these pipes but i dont want to throw a cel and also i read the thread about the erz pipes and i dont fully understand what the people were talking about when they put steel wool in the o2 bung. did they mean that extra hole at the end of the pipe?
