Exhaust Hanger Broken

While tooling around for the source of a rattle I discovered that the passenger side exhaust hangar near the rear sway bar has a crack right where the hangar meets the exhaust pipe. There is a small crack along the seam... Maybe an inch long. Are these sorts of cracks repairable or am I looking at needing to replace the whole section of pipe?

They can be welded up and reinforced.

new hanger might be cheaper than weld?

You him to use some cheap rubber hanger from NAPA?
