I'm a little confused on why that wouldn't have been done?? The A/C lines are a very thin aluminum.. and will definitely wear through if contact is made..

We've outlined this in the instructions? Not sure what we can do more?
Make a cover/bracket for the lines and provide it in the kit. Still dont like something hitting something else even if covered with rubber.

this is what happens when you think you're a know it all and dont pay attention to instructions. The AC line literally had a millimeter or two worn down and it wouldnt have taken much more before a hole was completely worn through, I was one of the lucky ones, so please, if you get them, make sure that you put some rubber radiator hose tubing around those pipes!!!
what made you take it off to begin with?

As some said, silicone hoses are provided by STILLEN and can be used to cover the AC lines (OP simply forgot to do so as he mentions it in the post). STILLEN sends you TWO silicone hoses. You only need to use 1 for vacuum lines (cut in two pieces) as the distance from the G3 tubes and vacuum lines are VERY close. The other silicone hose can be used as an A/C line cover. Find yourself some double sided tape (in my case, I used 3M VHB). Take a look:

Step1

Put some double sided tape (I recommend VHB for their durability and bonding properties)

Step 2

Cut the 2nd (provided) silicone in half and put it on top of AC lines.

This will outlast your car.

Josh, if feel that you need to edit the instruction manual or use ANY of my pics above, I give you full permission.

no fault to you guys Josh, I'm a self proclaimed "know it all" and decided to install them w/o instructions and didnt think to use the hose on the AC lines because there was a bit of clearance between the two (didnt take engine flex into consideration, which is why i'm not an engineer). Excellent pics AK, that'll save ALOT of headaches.
