I'm so glad you caught the line issue.. but this is documented in the install, and rubber hose provided for your use..

I'm a little confused on why that wouldn't have been done?? The A/C lines are a very thin aluminum.. and will definitely wear through if contact is made..

We've outlined this in the instructions? Not sure what we can do more?
