Exhaust electric cutouts

I've just heard different things about it. It gives a more aggressive sound with a deeper tone, along with supposedly a little more hp. In my opinion it's a good option because you can open and close it anytime you want and it comes with a switch to install in your car. Maybe it is a dumb idea, maybe its not.

Besides getting caught, and getting a ticket for open exhaust. it's not worth it, save the money and get a aftermarket CBE.
