Test pipes might give you a tick more, but they are emissions illegal and are going to give you a nice black rear bumper if you're not careful about cleaning it often.

Test pipes are cheaper and offer like 1 hp more.

F.I has some good resonated TP's. I think GTM has some too as well as AAM Comp.
