I had a different code (PO300 error (cylinder misfire)), but the issue was the same. My idle wouldn't drop below 1.2k.
If you just installed the intake, I'd say give it a couple of days to give the ECU time to adjust to the increased airflow. If it's been more than a couple of days already, then I'd say re-check the hoses and clamps again. There has to be a leak somewhere, even if you cant see it. Try running the engine and spraying soapy water around the hoses, it'll show you if something isn't air tight.
