. Any recommendations for a single can? I really prefer the look of the single cans. How does the AAM Single exhaust hold up? Or even the Isr single exit exhaust? I am a new Z owner, looking for some recommendations! |

Like someone said above, add a y-pipe and some test pipes and it doesn’t matter what single exit you throw on the car. They will all be loud as hell. There are several people out there that have added additional resonators to their single exits to adjust the sound, so maybe that is what you would want to do to keep the visual aesthetics.

The Tomei is titanium(obviously), which is why it sounds so different. There is also thinner gauge metal used, which is a factor as to why it's so loud. Several people have also had theirs crack. Tomei is good stuff, but thin metal being heat cycled(and scraping underneath a low slung car) is bound to give at some point.

Start that up in a parking lot and you'll set off car alarms in a 100 foot radius. Sleeping babies will wake up shrieking. Zoom meetings will drop. RCAF will scramble fighters thinking the Russians are coming.
